The program will ensure the overall contribution of the Public Justice Service to the deepening of the Rule of Law in the EU, to the project of nation and to environmental justice. At the international level, it is necessary to connect the program with the European construction in a way that can positively impact other European countries.

We must connect with the EU and the Council of Europe to incorporate criteria on human rights and the Rule of Law. And, conversely, we must provide innovative public policies that can contribute to the construction of Europe. At the state level, it is necessary to link public policies with the ecological transition and environmental justice, orienting the Public Justice Service and its assets towards economic transformation and recovery.
