Citizen Services

The program is geared towards connecting individual access to the Public Justice Service with that of other Administrations and ensuring quality. Digitization facilitates the generation of an administrative ecosystem for the municipal, regional and state data. The goal is to make it interoperable and efficient. The aim is not to develop new systems, but to use the ones that already work, adapting them where appropriate.

The transformation of the Public Justice Service requires a quality framework to guide it and incorporate, in addition to the usual quality indicators, other indicators that relate to emerging needs, such as a reduction in use of resources - energy, paper, mobility -, user satisfaction, and citizen accessibility. These demands are associated with the ecological transition and derive from our country's objectives and the European framework.
