Justice 2030 is structured around the objectives (3) which are implemented through programs (9) -three per objective-. The programs are put into operation through projects (27). Projects are the operational units that ensure that the objectives are achieved. They will remain stable over the ten years. The impact is measured on them.

Projects may be made up of sub-projects, the number of which varies according to their needs. At the moment, their number reaches 47. These are the development, measurement and financing units. Work teams are created around them, deadlines are set and impact and evolution indicators are defined. They are of a purpose-driven nature and are not intended to be permanent. Throughout the period of Justice 2030, sub-projects will be finalized and may be replaced by others depending on the needs. At the moment, their number reaches 47.
