New Social Realities

The core of the program is to facilitate access to justice for the most vulnerable groups and to ensure the constant adaptation of the Public Justice Service to the social reality. Digitization improves accessibility for the majority, but reduces it for the most vulnerable minority and the "analog" society, especially the elderly. It is necessary to reinforce for these groups the face-to-face service in the physical headquarters. Other groups, such as people with physical or intellectual disabilities, also require specific actions in connection with access, language or support measures during processes.

The other aspect of the program is the use of the data to carry out prospective studies on conflicts, to adapt legislation, to set up judicial units and to be able to provide other administrations with reliable diagnoses that allow them to determine preventive policies.
